D is For Cookies Classic Holiday Cookie Tin

For as long as I can remember, I've  always loved baking cookies.  I started baking alongside my mother, making all different kinds of cookies especially around the holiday season.  

After my siblings and I grew up and moved out of the home, my mom stopped baking and I took over to make sure that we had homemade cookies to enjoy and put out for Santa at Christmas.  But the baking didn't stop then.  I continued to bake for family birthdays and other holidays throughout the year, creating joy every time I sent or hand delivered cookies to someone for a celebration.

And just like that D is For Cookies was born!.  I started baking and packaging cookies and gave these delicious delights to friends, family and coworkers as gifts.  What started as a small list of recipients quickly grew, with more than 80 individuals receiving my cookies annually all across the US.  And as of December 2015, D is for Cookies are now available on line so I can share the joy of cookies with countless other.

Using the best ingredients I can find, I mix the dough in small batches to ensure a perfectly homemade taste. It is as close to momma's oven as you can get.

D is for Cookies offers regular and gluten free versions of all of our cookies, so even those with gluten sensitivity can enjoy their goodness.

Cookie Crafter

New York native and Brooklyn resident, Denise Quaglia, is passionate about all food; but has a special place in her heart for cookies.  Using recipes created by her family or from favorite cook books, Denise bakes each cookie by hand and then beautifully packages them in custom tins or boxes finished with hand tied bows so they are ready made gifts (only you don't have to do any of the work).
